All of the work you promised you would perform inside and outside including painting, cleaning leather and carpets and glass, polishing, vacuuming and especially the careful minute detailing of the car at all points, air vent ports as well, was accomplished perfectly.

Also, the car was ready exactly on time. If my car needs attention again in the future, rest assured that I will return to Finish First Autobody. It feels like am driving a car fresh out of the showroom.

Got my car doors and trunk repainted. Peter was very friendly and helpful. The paint match they did is great, I can’t even tell that it says repainted. If I didn’t know that I had paint work done, I’d think it was still the factory paintjob. They even fixed some additional imperfections beyond the scope of work, free of charge. I could not be more happy with my experience and the paintjob. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking to do paint/body work!

After our van had a run-in with a snowbank, the front bumper was pushed in and cracked. Peter from POS was great, and was able to repair the bumper WITHOUT replacing it, saving me at least $200 on a new bumper. When he dropped the van off at our home, I couldn’t believe the result. It looked like a brand new bumper. Unbelievable!

We brought my 6 year old BMW Z4 in for a face lift… POS repainted the back bumper for some full thickness scratches down to the plastic. The finish and color match were impeccable. Even in bright sun, I could no longer pick out the area of damage.

I had POS push out a few dents and polish my 6 year old Audi A4…it looked so good that a couple of neighbors thought it was a new car parked on my driveway! My wife was happy too, because it suppressed my urge to buy a new car.

After an accident MPI was looking for a second opinion on the extent of the damage to my Honda Accord. Peter at POS was highly recommended to me from my trusted repair shop PNP auto. Peter was very thorough in his assessment of my car, including sending it out to a frame specialist to check for frame damage that MPI may not have found. Turns out there was additional frame damage, enough to write off the car.

What I found most impressive with Peter is that he never tried to take advantage of the situation by biasing his findings towards repairing the vehicle, which would have been more profitable for him. Peter has integrity and simply did due diligence, including several calls to the MPI adjuster working out the details. For the 4 days it took (over a weekend) to complete the assessment POS provided me a complimentary courtesy car, which was clean and well maintained.

Since my car was deemed a write off POS did no work on my car, but their customer service was outstanding and truly exceptional. I would recommend POS to anyone looking for honesty, integrity, and quality work in an auto body shop.

Looked up Finish First on the Internet. Tried them. Peter was efficient, knowledgeable, professional. Looked after my car, brought in a specialist to do some detail work. Car looks super inside and out now. Very pleased, will return as needed in the future.

What a wonderful new 2000 Sienna van I got back yesterday after a fallen tree damage was repaired. The finish was incredible.
